1. Tell us what you need
Start by telling us about your space and what you're looking for. Complete our quick online form or contact us directly. We'll ask about the room(s), property, and what you'd like the air conditioning to achieve.
2. We assess your requirements
We work out the right system and installation approach for your property. We'll review the information you've provided and determine the most suitable AC setup, including where the indoor and outdoor units could go. For straightforward installations, we may be able to assess everything remotely. If we need to see the property before quoting, we'll arrange a survey with you.
3. Receive your quote
You'll receive a clear quote based on your requirements. We'll explain what's included, the proposed system, installation work and any relevant additional requirements. No pressure — take your time to review everything and ask us any questions.
4. Book your installation
Happy with everything? We'll arrange a convenient installation date. Once you've decided to proceed, we'll confirm the details with you and arrange the installation. Your AC equipment and any required materials will be arranged ahead of the installation.
5. Installation & commissioning
Our installer takes care of the technical work. On the agreed date, your installer will complete the installation, commission the system and make sure everything is working correctly. They'll also run through the basic operation and controls with you, so you know how to use your new AC.
6. We check in after installation
We're still here after the installation is finished. We'll check in with you after the installation to make sure everything has been completed properly and you're happy with the system. If necessary, we may ask for a few photos or details so we can complete our post-installation quality check.
